A major objective of the CIESC Driver Education program is to provide high-quality driver education and traffic safety programs to the largest number of Indiana students. Our cost-effective program helps students develop defensive driving skills and behavioral patterns to maximize driver and passenger safety throughout the state of Indiana. The LSC provides commanders and leaders the tools to manage a unit Safety and Occupational Health (SOH) program and to incorporate Risk Management (RM) into all unit planning and activities. LSC replaces the Commanders Safety Course (CSC), the Manager Safety Course and the Supervisor Safety Course and opened for enrollment in ATRRS beginning 1. Drivers may also be mandated to complete SCARR as assigned by a specific court or a RMV Hearings Officer. National Safety Council has partnered with the Massachusetts State Police and Registry of Motor Vehicles to provide this program.
